Resisted the Clover (brand) clips for a long time but tried a bag of 10 out recently. Same day they arrived, i ordered another bag of 100. Excellent quality, feels like they'll last a long time also. Can't speak for the non-brands as haven't tried them but very happy spending the extra on the Clover brand
I like the measured marks on them and the fact they are made in Japan (and not somewhere else). Can't fault them, apart from the cat seems to like playing with them.
ps: pins are still my preference though just because old habits die hard
