it looks like maybe you have all the cords you need. I suspect the cord in the left pic fits into the case at pic 3 and the ohtere end plugs into the wall. The knee lever is your controller and the electrical blok with the two cards prvides full power for the light and knee controlled power for the machine.
Use a power strip and inspect all cords for cracking before you plug anything into the wall.
