OK, I know this is probably a really dumb question but I am really confused. I see that I can fill in the top and bottom with 1/2 blocks to get a straight edge. On the long sides I want a straight edge as well so do I just cut off some of the block? That is a scary thought! Hope someone can tell this challenged person how to do this.
