I haven’t seen that one. I would sew the blocks into smaller units or quads. Sew together 4 blocks across and three down.

The last row would be 4 blocks and two down. Then sew those units together.

Does this pattern only got sewn together in one way? That may be the reason not to cut threads. The blocks will be in order on each row. Less likely to turn them wrong.
