His name is Mark Sweeney. I've had a few things digitized by him. Does a great job...so far has only charged $30 for whatever I've thrown at him. Haven't had anything done for a couple years so don't know if his prices have changed or not. I sometimes had to "remind" him that I was waiting, but as soon as I asked, the design was sent right away.
He's in northeast Ohio if that matters at all.
