Welcome to the QB from SE Michigan! I have a mid arm that is down right now awaiting my return to fix it. The tension is way off. I am so glad you decided to join us in having a lot of fun and sharing all the knowledge to be found here. I don't know about the Janome you are talking about but I have heard mention of this model several times. I am using an older Janome (from the 1980's) right now and love it. Again welcome to the QB.
