I'm not sure what system you are using. This is for the PC-general instructions that I use.
Click on the picture.
"Save as"
You can change the name of the picture if you want or leave it the same.
Look at the file type. You can change the file type. Select jpeg.
Then save.
When you do the "save as" look at the top of the screen. There is a spot to tell the computer where you want it saved.
