That's where I'm at. I have a large UFO currently on a longarm, I added wide borders (which has helped a little bit) but the colors are outdated, the applique poorly done, and I'm looking at it as primarily a practice piece. Ironically, the quilting I've done on the borders so far looks fantastic! Why couldn't I have done that for my last give away quilt?
