I don't even want to get into the middle of the JF debate. However, I would like to ask all of you to make sure that the management hears about the employees that do have a good attitude and are more than willing to help you. Having worked in retail, I know that lots of people don't hesitate to air their complaints but never speak up when the clerks have gone beyond the call of duty. It's not always an easy job and it's nice to get positive feedback once in a while.
