granky.....the first one I tried with some stash material I happened to have had very subtle stripes and I didn't care for it so much that it ended up cut up in my "Strings" drawer.
This one I thought I'd swing to the other extreme and I quite like it.
For anyone who is thinking of making one, I've seen some gorgeous ones that were a lot more subdued than this, but they all seem to have in common that the stripes were different widths and that seems to work well.
