A tip about the apple cider vinegar made with mash...You will eventually need to remove the mash, which will float up to the top. If you don't it will start molding and getting yucky. I have left mine on for about 2-3 weeks and now I'm spooning it off the top. Next, and I'll strain the vinegar and leave it covered with a cloth in a dark place. (You can also put a paper bag over your vinegar jar to keep it in the dark. )
