CLEAR. I will give a review or feedback, after it comes in and I test it. I saw someone demonstrate on You Tube and for $15 no shipping, I didn't think I could go too wrong, by giving it a try. I should have plenty for all my rulers. I just hope it is
CLEAR as they say. If anyone orders be sure don't get white!...my husband may have to retire again!-lol- He has been my ruler holder while I cut!
