We are so lucky here in Seattle that if there is an ethnic cuisine, we most likely have it here. I enjoy Korean food quite a bit. If you are being fussy/observant, many of our "teriyaki" places are really more Korean than Japanese. Mostly I have it as affordable convenient take out (lucky me) and not home made.

So maybe first thing to look at is Bulgoki, this is something you can do at home
