Default Presser Foot Identification, More Pictures

Thank you for your replies, cjsews and OurWorkbench, and thanks for the links. The foot with the consistent gap in the middle, instead of the wide-to-narrow gap of this one, looks extremely similar.

My first guess was that this foot was a 2-in-1 combination hinged-adjustable-two-sided-zipper foot/ single-hole-straight stitch foot. Please see a photo with a single-hole-straight-stitch foot on the left, then this foot, an adjustable zipper foot, an adjustable-hinged-narrow-zipper-foot and a one-sided zipper foot.

Your guide observation was very helpful. It seems like this foot may take two guides, the seam guide plus a hem guide. Please see the rest of the photos.

This foot is from a set of vintage low-shank feet that the seller told me came with her vintage Elna. The set came with a few guides. I bought the set for a vintage Kenmore 385.
