I had the same thing with facebook. Then they emailed that I had broken the rules and was banned from using it. It irks the crap out of me that there is no number to call and talk to a REAL person. I am so sick of all of this electronic garbage. It is a total pain in the a**! When I get on the phone, it is for a good reason.
