I tracked the picture to this blog, the author says it's a reproduction of a quilt seen in the Red & White exhibit, but there is no name given.

This quilt would be easy to do. I would take 2.5" strips, put it in the center of a block, then sew the opposite color on each side as corners, trim to size. Like a string-pieced block, but with only one diagonal string. You can see it illustrated here: https://www.quilterscache.com/S/StripedSquareBlock.html
Make it the same way, only instead of using strips in the corners, just use one fabric.
