Thanks to someone (don't remember who) I started using the clips instead of pins. What a great idea! When I normally had tiny scratches while sewing with pins holding fabric, I can smoothly remove the clips and no damage.I have to say I do get some of the greatest ideas reading the hints from all of you quilters.
