Quick Mixed Berry Topping
I tried this recipe recently and put it on Angel Food cake. It was so quick and yummy! It would be great on yogurt too.
Quick Mixed Berry Topping
2 cups Frozen Mixed Berries
2 tablespoons Sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons Cornstarch
Toss all ingredients in a large microwave-safe bowl until well combined. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir and return to microwave. Repeat a minute at a time until slightly thickened and steaming... about 2-1/2 minutes more .
