If you're up for a challenge, quilts by
Jacqueline De Jonge and
Judy Niemeyer are spectacular. Both involve paper piecing (papers come with the pattern). I have both on my mental "some day" list.
If you've never made a Lone Star quilt, that can be a fun one - so many different looks are possible based on color choices and size.
