Normally if you are adding pieced blocks it's easier to keep them the correct dimension, but if you are putting in borders or rows that have variations, it can be really easy to get a bit of stretch happening..
Great advice! Last time I sent tops with blocks that had bias in the borders, and received them. Its always best to do as you recommended. This time, I may even baste the edges if I send with bias in the blocks. Its amazing how much stretch happens without much handling of the top by the end of the project. Live and learn. Hugs!!
