Welcome to the Quilting Board, Czach! I think this is a very 'newbie friendly' quilt pattern and would be super easy for you to make. The blocks are all the same size, therefore, you can lay out the design any way you wish - and add rows and columns to make it larger. The actual pattern name is Twisted Geese by Zen Chic and should be readily available online. Good luck and please show us your progress!
