I haven't done much hand embroidery over the last few years. This is a beautiful piece. What I would do is try to trace it by laying a light piece of paper over it and then go over it with a pencil then after that draw out the design. Or use a light box to draw out the design. IF you want to use it with machine embroidery you would then need to have something like Embrid or Drawings to digitize for your machine's format. Best of luck.
