There are a couple of things that may also need to be considered when using an adapter and walking foot. One is that since the walking foot needs to go over the needle clamp screw, an extended length is needed (included in links above). The other is that many of these machines were "
left homing" and walking feet are for central homing. There is some mention of that in some of the above links and possibly a solution??
