I have several. One is big enough to cover my ironing board. I can tell a big difference when I use a regular ironing surface. At the last retreat everyone had their own wool mat to use. They are common to have now.
I like this mat a ton but wished it was larger. Over Christmas there was an excellent sale on a17"x17" and 9"x9" mat set with holder that I got...couldn't say no. lol Now I butt this mat and my new 17"x17" one together on my ironing board and use them together - found I could safety pin them together so they don't move apart as much. The 9"x9" mat sits beside my sewing machine for ironing touchups. And the holder lives hooked underneath my ironing board.
