I am most assuredly a traditionalist as far as patterns. I seem to be locked into scrappy for colors. I love gem tones but don't have a single quilt of my own that is of that color way. Even my avatar that is modern in concept and gem tone in color was given away. Now I wish I had it back!
But bottom line, I thrive on traditional patterns and scrappy or guided scrappy colors.
Good question. that makes us all think about that drives our choices of patterns and colors.
