There are things I like about the 570, but because it can accommodate an embroidery module, the widely set feed dogs present a problem for me when trying to sew a ¼" seam for quilting. I have used the Bernina Stitch Regulator and like it. I also like the better lighting and the slightly larger throat space on the 570. I've been thinking of using the 153 for piecing and the 570 for the quilting. Good luck with the search.
