*Phase III - cutting out the pieces
*Phase IV - assembling the top
Phase V - preparing for quilting
Phase VI - QUILTING!

*Phase III & IV can interchange

Getting to Phase II is easy but once I have begun to cut out pieces, my OCD tends to set in and I can't really start another until I finish that one. At most I can only handle two projects at once. Maybe as I quilt more, this will change :-)
I'm the same way, once I start a quilt I can't stop until it's done. I've been known to put in many 8 hour days until my fingers are sore & bleeding but I can't stop. I usually pick out the fabric first & then the design tho.
