2 weeks ago DH & I gave up pasta, rice, bread, potatoes, grains, sugar, bananas & anything else high carb. My middle & ankles are already thanking me & it’s refreshing to have clothes fit a bit better in just a short time. We aim for around 50 carbs (give or take) it’s not that difficult (so far). A Shamrock Shake has about 2 days of carbs ! When running errands we stopped for a “sub in a tub” (no bun) yesterday and there was enough for me later too.
