Have you tried riced Cauliflower? It is so good. I started by using half rice or pasta and half cauliflower. No one knew the difference. Now I make all my stir-fries using cauliflower instead of rice. Saves a lot of carbs.
That is surprisingly good. I've been trying to do that too. Cauliflower and rice used to make, "fried rice," is super yummy.
