That’s a beauty! If you have a top loading washer, I would put the quilt in, fill it with cold water and hand agitate with your hands until the marks disappear. Once all the marks are gone, I would spin out the water. Examine the quilt to make sure there are no marks or bleeds and then tumble until damp. Spread out on a clean sheet to dry.
