Ok I finished my first quilt, I dont know if any of you remember but I did the memory quilt for my step daughter. Its pictures of the tattoo's she has done, she owns her own shop. Well it came out good, but I just noticed (1) spot where the top stitch is so close to the binding that its frayed and could get worse. Would you tear out the whole binding or hand stitch over this pieice, any suggestions?
