A lot of those foods I have thrown the leftovers into the soup pot and stews. I have reheated them for years and we're all still alive and I don't recall anyone getting sick. If you read the article it even went into reheating chicken, again, I've purchased a rotisserie chicken in the grocery stores hundreds of time and reheated it and the leftovers and we're all good here. I think we just need to store our leftovers properly and don't let the food sit out after everyone has been served and finished eating.
