Nothing spicy or very chewy. Chicken salad with a bowl of soup might be an option. Might be a good idea to get your daughter to ask the guest about her favorite foods.
Great minds think alike....Evidently Jeane was posting at the same time as I was writing. I like her recipe for chicken salad, but with grapes instead of the cranberries.
