I just got yesterday this machine on the picture, with treadle and table, seems in a good condition, although I could not turn the mechanism at first, because everything was stuck. It's my first machine, I got it for free and I intend to sell it, I don't sew.

But first I wanted to put it in working order, and also I would like to know the year or the model of the machine. Thanks for the help in advance.

Edit: on the picture you can see the upper tag missing, and this is the only thing that is gone missing (I think). The shoe and needle is also not there on the picture, I removed them prior to taking the picture.

And also, I found the number 4684 stamped or cut into some plate on the machine, twice. Could that be a clue?
