Are there any resources y’all could suggest for me to advance my border skills in the mean time?

I can only speak for myself, but for me, scrolling through the round robin quilt images on Bing and border books are very helpful. Then there is that great quote about being brave:
“You have to choose your combinations carefully. The right choices will enhance your quilt. The wrong choices will dull the colors and hide their original beauty. There are no rules you can follow. You have to go by instinct and you have to be brave.”― Whitney Otto, How to Make an American Quilt, and I love the exchange in the same movie between Maya Angelou and Alfre Woodard, mother and daughter in the movie: "We will follow the rules of design." (Anna) "Sometimes you have to break the rules to keep the work alive. Une couleur laide, ca n'existe pas
." (Marianna) "Don't give me that French crap." (Anna) (LOL) Some of us follow rules, some break them, be confident and let the creativity flow ;-) Hugs!
