mmmmm buckwheat ....
I enjoy it as a supper side, but have never tried it in porridge.
Must.Try.That!!

I make big batches of oatmeal porridge using milk. Then add-in brown sugar or maple syrup and whatever combo of frozen fruit, raisins, nuts, cinnamon that suits my fancy at the time. Freeze in single portions. Simply zap in the microwave in its frozen and presto ..... deliciousness without all the work and icky pot to clean!!!
