Yes, that is definitely a skeleton key. I hope the one you found will work. I don't know if the parts list that I linked to will print out correctly. I know in the past that I have printed Singer Parts List pages and used it to identify some screws when I was working on my sister's 66-1. It looks like

bentwood cases. They don't look the best, but they do work. Actually, I think the one with the blue around the top was one that I had a locksmith make for me.
