Because we are dealing with sooooo many pieces, I keep tally as I cut, grouping in sets of 10;
That's an EXCELLENT idea!
I generally keep my groups of ten in big clear jars (glass or plastic pickle, mayo or snack will do)
That is sweet just as a decoration!
