Hello and welcome. Last year was indeed hard on me and I held up pretty well until the end... I've been on a break from both quilting and this board but I'm starting to come back. Missed my quilting coffee breaks here
It feels good to be both sewing and chatting again. Heck, it feels good to be upright and breathing most days.
I'm currently in Washington state, one of my best friends in my 20s was from the Conroe TX area so not so far away. Her daddy worked oil so we met in Alaska. I understand the area is much different now than 40 years ago! But most of us/our areas aren't quite the same either.
