Lizzie3, your plate is so nice and flat - good job! It's going to be really pretty with those sashing and cornerstone fabrics.
Your choice - you can take out the cinching thread or leave it in - as long as it's not showing through to the right side. (black thread visible through the circle fabric, for instance.)
