Thanks for the comisery... (is that a word?). It may be a good thing we are striking out on our house bids. Remember back in 2008 when the housing market got so inflated, and then the bubble burst and people lost their investments? I don't want to be in that situation, but it does look like it may be happening again, when you have to pay 20-30K over asking price for a house. Feels like the 'bubble' may be about to burst again.
