My Pin cushion arrived today too and as I'm traveling I got my DIL to open and post a pic for me to see.It came from Orange Florida so I'm guessing AlvaSticher not Cuppy...could be wrong tho..It looks like a miniature hand bag with a pocket on the side to hold scissors.
