Don't remember how I stumbled on this shop but I have to tell you they are the best to deal with. Their customer service is outstanding. They also ship worldwide and only charge actual shipping costs. Their fabric prices are good. They really care about customer satisfaction.
I had to call them about a previous order, left a message on their answering machine, and they called back almost immediately and more than took care of a problem.
They know their goods and the staff is knowledgeable about quilting. Yesterday I saw two fabrics on their site I thought would look good together for a quilt but looking at a picture and actually seeing the fabric can be two different things. So, I called to ask about the two fabrics and explained what I was doing. The gal went back into their warehouse to look at the two fabrics and came back to tell me that, yes, they did go together but for the contrast I wanted she would recommend another. She took me right to the fabric on their site and I could see what she meant. I was impressed that she took the time to help and didn't try to rush me off the phone.
