Batting / Interfacing for a Flat Table Topper Question
I am making this little table topper for my cousin and wanted to know what batting would you use. As it was made with charm squares I could not prewash the fabric and I know it will shrink a bit. Shrinking a little is okay but what batting or interfacing would you use to keep it kind of flat. She said she would not be putting anything hot on it. Thanks.
