Everyone has been so busy
Thank you Thimblebug - I seem to be going through a 'cute' phase right now. Which is interesting, as I'm usually drawn to more of a traditional piecing style. Still, I'm enjoying it!!
Reindeer update: I managed to get all of the applique stitching done for the faces, the outer ears, the eyes, and the noses. I'm starting on the inner ears tonight
. And I did one (very easy) SBS block to keep it inching forwards.
Although it doesn't necessarily sound like much, I am pleased with the progress since I didn't get to spend as long as I would have liked on sewing this weekend. But there's always next weekend... (and whatever I can get in between...)
