I think there are different models of the Creative Vision. Before buying a computerized machine, I would call a dealer and ask those questions, can I still get parts? Especially the computerized parts. The manufacturers stop making them after a while and they can be very hard or impossible to find. If the answer is no...doesn't mean you should not get the machine. But it would be a price drop for me and I would get it with the understanding that it could fail tomorrow. Now some old computerized machines are still running. My Viking D1 recently decided to fail, no parts available she was around 20 years old. That is pretty old for a computer.
