thank you to all the suggestions--this post is a couple of years old. The quilt in question was washed (no binding so I closely zigzaged edge) with OxyClean, Grandma's Stain remover, soaked in Restoration, Spray & Wash applied and finally Blue Dawn--each did help but did not take out the green entirely until the 3rd time with Spray & Wash and Tide. I will never use UltraClean Crayola markers on fabric again--actually I won't use anything not specifically made for fabric and on customer quilts I rarely use more than chalk.
