Duckling, the Boom swap (short for boomerang) is one in which you send each participant a fat eighth of a focus fabric you want to use in a quilt. The leader sends you back a package with a fat eighth from each other participant. You make a block of your choosing with the fat eigth plus a coordinating fabric or solid from your own stash. After you turn all your finished blocks in to the leader, they send you back the blocks everyone made for you with your fabric. The 'houses' swap is in a facebook group I joined. We are trading 10 house blocks for each participant, which right now is 8. So I need to send 70. Almost there!
