I've got a large tote bag that has nothing but scraps of binding. My friend usually will make at least 1-3 feet extra on quilts she gives to me to longarm, I always make a little extra on mine too and before you know it, there's enough for a scrappy binding on a full size scrappy quilt. It also works well on children's quilts.
