Always so nice to have you hosts these. Yesterday I spray basted together a comfort quilt project we are behind on, I am not usually the one that does the quilting and had already passed the top on (my job was putting together). Is basically a small queen sized so my largest layout space is my queen bed. It was a struggle, the backing was also "enough" but close enough you had to be very careful with it.

I won't be doing anything fancy at all, just basic serpentine stitching along the block grids but goal is to have it done this weekend and to the person who puts the binding on Monday.

Arms and shoulders and legs are in good shape to face the day, but I am feeling this in my lower back already! I have an improvement to my quilting life planned -- but first I have to clean out the laundry/storage room of some 30 years of things that have landed in there. We are going to get a freezer since basically all our foods are bought raw and we just can't keep a couple weeks of groceries on hand. And, I'm going to get one of those folding ping pong tables on wheels. They are a great height and shape and storable, I'll just have to wheel it out into the back yard to open it/layout tops. It will be better than my current option(s). Back in the day I could use the conference table at work, or the lunchroom at the hubby's work. But in good news, the library will be opening up conference rooms again in July -- more options for quilters!
